The Service is accessible over the World Wide Web through secured login from the www.SleepExam.com website. The Service is made available to you under United States copyright laws and International laws governing ownership rights and regulating the publishing and viewing of content(s) over the internet. The Service and content(s) found on the SleepExam.com website, unless otherwise stated by Hypnos, LLC, are the sole property of Hypnos, LLC, and may not be reproduced, duplicated, modified, published, or claimed, for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, without receiving explicit consent or permission from Hypnos, LLC. Hypnos, LLC, grants access rights, via paid membership, to registered S.M.A.R.T. members, for a finite period of time, to utilize The Service, as is, with unlimited access to the SleepExam.com website and content(s). There are no restrictions on the number of times a paid member can access the website or utilize The Service. Hypnos, LLC does not grant you any rights to S.M.A.R.T., SleepExam.com, or Hypnos, LLC, trademark(s) and logo(s).
